The London Ambulance Service was called to the junction of Bourne Road and the A220 at around 1pm today (November 28).

Paramedics arrived and treated seven people who had been injured.
Six were taken to hospital – one as a medical priority – and the seventh walked away from the scene.

Bourne Road was closed for around four hours following the crash but has since reopened.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.04pm today (28 November) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Bourne Road and the A220, Bexleyheath.

“We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer.
“We treated seven people. We took six patients to hospital, one of them as a priority, and discharged a patient at the scene.”
