The two new drinks launched on Monday, January 13, across all UK locations.
The menu additions, dubbed “shaken specials,” include the Shaken Vanilla Bean Matcha and Shaken Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Latte.
These two new drinks will be available for a short period of time during the winter, accompanied by others such as the Blondie Matcha and the Earl Grey Matcha.
Blank Street describes their new drinks as being lightly sweet.
For instance, the Shaken Vanilla Bean Matcha is a frothy beverage that blends earthy Matcha with a touch of vanilla, emphasised by a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
The Shaken Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Latte, on the other hand, is a bold cold brew combined with a dose of vanilla.
The drinks utilise Blank Street’s own syrup, made from Madagascan vanilla bean.
The syrup is then blended with either ceremonial grade matcha or specialty-grade Arabica coffee.
The drinks are finished with a brush of vanilla bean paste and a hint of Himalayan pink salt.
The Shaken Vanilla Bean Matcha is priced at £4.40 for a small and £4.90 for a large, while the Shaken Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Latte costs the same.
Both drinks are served iced.
Alongside the two new shaken drinks, the winter menu from Blank Street also offers the Blondie Matcha, salted brown sugar caramel, and miso variety.
For those who favour other flavours, the Earl Grey Matcha combines the taste of vanilla bean with the balanced flavour of Earl Grey tea.
The new additions to the winter menu will be available to customers from the January 13 at all UK stores.
