Lewisham Council has made a temporary Traffic Order for November 1, according to the Public Notice Portal.
This is to ensure the safe and smooth running of the Blackheath firework display.
The roads that will be closed include Blackheath Village, Duke Humphrey Road, Goffers Road, Hare and Billet Road, Lee Road, Montpelier Row, Prince Charles Road, Royal Parade, Talbot Place, and Tranquil Vale.
Parking and waiting will be prohibited on these roads from 10am, and the closures will be in place from 3.30pm.
Additionally, there will be no parking and waiting allowed on Lee Road, Lee Terrace, and South Row from 10am on November 1.
All Saints Drive will also face parking and waiting restrictions from October 28 to November 5, to allow for the setup and removal of the event.
For those affected by the road closures, diversion routes will be in place.
Traffic will be diverted via Lee Terrace, Belmont Hill, Lewisham High Street, Lewisham Road, Blackheath Hill, and Shooters Hill.
The order for these restrictions was put in place on October 28 and will remain in force for up to nine days, or until the event removal works are complete.
The order gives exemptions for vehicles involved in the event, and those used for ambulance, fire brigade, or police purposes in emergencies.
The restrictions will be enforced as indicated on road signs.
