Bills Restaurants Limited has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth) for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Bills, 146-148 Putney High Street, Putney, SW15 1RR.
The application covers a wide range of activities seven days a week, including films and recorded music (indoors and outdoors) from 8am to 11pm and live music, performance of dance and anything similar (indoors and outdoors) from 10am to 11pm.
Bills is also requesting permission to serve hot food and drinks until midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
If approved, the restaurant would be allowed to sell alcohol for on- and off-site consumption from 8am to midnight Sunday to Thursday, extending to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Proposed opening hours are 8am to 12.30am during the week and 8am to 1.30am on Fridays and Saturdays, with plans to extend hours on New Year’s Eve and bank holiday weekends.
Residents, businesses and other interested parties have until Thursday, January 8, 2026, to submit their views in writing.
