The new gym area allows gym-goers to enjoy equipment from Lifefitness, including a Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press, Bench Press, Hack Squat and Row Machine, alongside an additional squat rack, smith machine and duplicate pin-loaded weighted machines, to help reduce wait times.
