Broadway was previously taped off between Lion Road and Albion Road after a shooting at around 2.15am on Sunday (January 4).
Two men, both in their 30s, were treated and taken to hospital.
One of the men, aged 35, was also arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder.
He was in hospital for injuries to his head but has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
It has now emerged that a 34-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder later the same day.
He currently remains in police custody.
The 30-year-old man treated for a gunshot wound is now in a stable condition, the Met Police has confirmed.
A cordon was no longer in place after a News Shopper reporter attended the crime scene at 8am yesterday (January 5).
