The incident happened in Bexley Road near Erith High Street just after 10.20am yesterday (June 25).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and the woman was treated at the scene.
She was taken to hospital for further treatment where her condition is unclear at this stage.

A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 10.21am yesterday (25 June) to reports of an unwell person in Bexley Road, Erith.
“We sent an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a woman at the scene and took her to hospital.”
