The proposal, submitted by Mrs H Martin, would see the ground floor commercial unit at 29 The Oval, Sidcup, Kent, change from a retail space to a wine bar, with additional outdoor seating.
The property lies within The Oval Conservation Area.
The London Borough of Bexley Council is now considering the application.
Residents and locals can view the full planning application and submit their comments or objections on the proposal through the council’s online planning application system.
All submissions must be made by April 16, 2025, quoting reference 25/00438/FUL.
The council has stated that any response to this notice will be publicly accessible, in line with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1995.
In another planning development, plans have been put forward for the redevelopment of an existing traveller site at McKillop Way, Sidcup.
The proposal, submitted by the London Borough of Bexley, involves the demolition of six amenity buildings and the erection of nine new ones.
The site will also see an increase in plot numbers from eight to nine.
The application is being made by Mr Michael Cooper.
Owners of the land or tenants who want to express their views on this application should direct their responses to the council within 21 days of the notice date.
The grant of planning permission, however, will not affect the owners’ rights to keep or sell their property, unless stated otherwise in an agreement or lease.
And finally, a major development proposal has been submitted for 70 Pier Road, Erith, Kent.
The application, made by the London Borough of Bexley Regeneration and Assets Team, seeks permission for the retention and refurbishment of the existing Bank Chambers building.
The proposal also includes the construction of a new building, ranging from one to three storeys, to provide residential dwellings and commercial floorspace.
The revised submission comprises ten residential units and commercial space.
Ancillary works such as cycle parking, car parking, landscaping, and highway alterations are also part of the proposal.
The public can view this application and submit their observations through the council’s online planning application system, quoting reference 24/01667/FULM.
As with the wine bar proposal, all responses must be submitted by April 16, 2025.
