Beutiva, trading as 87 Ventures Limited, says online it entered into administration proceedings as of Friday, January 2 and has been in the process of appointing an administrator.
Administration is a formal insolvency process designed to protect a company from creditors while an independent administrator assesses whether the business can be rescued, restructured, sold, or wound down in an orderly way.
Since then, its website has been replaced with a notice explaining the situation to customers and creditors.
The notice reads: “87 Ventures Limited TA Beutiva (Company Registration No. 15509630) has entered into administration proceedings as of 2nd January 2026.
“This formal insolvency process has been initiated to protect the interests of all stakeholders whilst exploring options for the company’s future.
“If you are a customer with an outstanding booking, course, pending refund or any financial claim against Beutiva, please register your details using the secure form below to speed up your claim.”
Customers, employees, trade creditors and business partners are among those affected.
Customers who have prepaid for services or are waiting on refunds are now being advised to register their details using the secure form below.
Google now lists the salon as “permanently closed”, and the company website is directing visitors to complete a claims registration form.
Stakeholders have been told that all registered claims will be reviewed in accordance with UK insolvency law.
