Beresford Street has been descended on by Metropolitan Police officers in response to an incident today (April 10).
Pictures from the scene have captured police officers at the scene, where a police cordon has been erected blocking off a section of the road.
The nature of the incident has yet to be confirmed by the emergency services, who we have contacted for a comment in connection to the scene.
It is understood that the A206 Beresford Street is closed both ways between Burrage Road and Warren Lane.
We await a response from the police and will provide an update once this is received.
