Emergency services were called to Abbey Road at around 12.41pm today (July 24).
London Ambulance Service sent several teams to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and a clinical team manager.
The two patients were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Their condition is not yet known.
Gilbert Road was partially blocked in both directions at St Augustines Road following the crash.
A detour was in place for Bus Route 229, but the road has since reopened.
