The Metropolitan Police was called to Becontree Avenue at 9.28pm on November 24 with reports of a stabbing.
Officers were dispatched to the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service, where a 21-year-old man was found suffering stab wounds.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening or changing.
Three men, all aged in their 20s, have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remain in custody.
A Met spokesperson said: “On Monday, 24 November at 21:28hrs police were called to Becontree Avenue, Dagenham following reports of a stabbing.
“Met officers attended the scene alongside paramedics who treated a 21-year-old man for stab wounds. He did not receive any life-changing/threatening injuries.

“An investigation has been launched into the circumstances, and police are appealing for information.”
