Police were called to Barrier Point apartments in Barrier Point Road on Sunday (September 7).
An 18-year-old man and a 33-year-old man were arrested yesterday (September 10) on suspicion of attempted murder.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 2:43am on Sunday, September 7 to a reported stabbing at an address on Barrier Point Road.
“Officers attended the scene and found clear evidence of a disturbance but no victims initially came forward.
“Subsequent enquiries led officers to a separate address in east London where they found a man suffering from suspected stab wounds.
“The 32-year-old man was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.”
The arrested men remain in custody for questioning and enquiries are ongoing, they added.

The Recorder understands that the communal corridor in the apartment block was covered in blood following the incident.
Housing management company Urang denied a resident’s claim it refused to clean the blood until yesterday (September 10).
A Urang spokesperson said: “I can assure you we do not, and would never under any circumstances, refuse to clean a building we manage.
“I can assure you that the affected carpet and corridor have been professionally cleaned.
“A letter was circulated to the residents before the opening of business on Monday morning concerning the events of Saturday night and reassuring the residents that we were aware and working with the police.”
