The ambulance service was called to Great North Road around 1.30am yesterday (September 14).
Medics arrived with a car from the air ambulance and treated two patients.
They were taken to hospital where their medical condition is not yet known.
A picture from the scene shows forensic officers working behind a cordon around the Barrington Pub.
It is not known if there have been any arrests at this stage.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.25am on Sunday 14 September to reports of a stabbing on Great North Road, Barnet.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer, a paramedic in a fast response car and a clinical team manager.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. We treated two patients and took them to hospital.”
The Met Police has been contacted for comment.
