It follows a warrant executed by the Metropolitan Police and England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) at an address in the area on January 7.
During the operation, officers seized electronic devices and documents.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of illegal money lending and taken into custody to be questioned by IMLT investigators.
She has since been released on bail pending further inquiries.

Dave Benbow, acting head of the IMLT, said: “Illegal money lending will not be tolerated in England, and we continue to work with our partners to take action against those who blight our communities in this way.
