Crime at stations across the borough has increased, according to the British Transport Police (BTP) figures.
The data release details station crimes across the country, comparing crime incidents per 100,000 passengers.
The data is then broken down into category of crimes, ranging from sexual offences to thefts.
The crime rate at Dagenham Heathway station has increased to 29 reports between February 2024 to January 2025.
This is compared to the 19 reports made in the same period between 2023 and 2024.
The station’s crime rate has upped from 0.63 incidents per 100,000 commuters to 0.96 incidents.
Dagenham Heathway is estimated to see 3,021,845 passengers come through its barriers a year.
Of the 29 crimes recorded between February 2024 and January 2025, three fall into the category of violence and sexual offences.
The most common crime reported at Dagenham Heathway is robbery offences, with ten incidents between 2024 and 2025.
Robbery crimes have doubled at the station compared to figures from February 2023 and January 2024.
Public order offences and theft from the person crimes have proved to be the next most common crimes, with six reports each in the most recent data.
Three public order offences were reported between February 2023 and January 2024, with four reports of theft from the person in the same period.
There were two reports of drug crimes and one report of possession of weapons in each period.
Barking station saw the largest drop in crime rate from 1.8 per 100,000 passengers to 1.27.
Between February 2023 and January 2024, the British Transport Police recorded 121 crimes at the station, which fell to 85 in the same period the following year.
The station is estimated to see 6,714,304 passengers.
Crimes falling under the category of violence and sexual offences dropped from 45 to 36, with drug incidents seeing a drop from 19 to seven reports.
Public order incidents also saw a significant drop from 16 incidents between the 2023 and 2024 period to nine.
At Dagenham East station, the rate of crimes per 100,000 passengers has fallen from 0.81 to 0.54.
The station serves 1,488,220 commuters per year.
British Transport Police recorded 12 crimes between February 2023 and January 2024, which has dropped to eight between February 2024 and January 2025.
Despite the overall decrease, public order incidents have upped from one incidents to three.
The most commonly reported incidents between the 2023 and 2024 period were theft from the person, with three reports.
This figure fell to one report between February 2024 and January 2025.
Bicycle thefts rose from two incidents to three.
Crimes reported at Becontree station per 100,000 passengers have remained at a constant 1.36 rate, equal to 25 incidents.
An estimated 1,836,757 people use the station a year.
Violence and sexual offences incidents were down by three reports from nine to six in the period between 2024 and 2025.
Bicycle thefts have increased from seven to 11, with thefts from the person up from one to two.
At Barking Riverside station, data has shown an increase in crime rate from 0.68 to 1.24 per 100,000 people.
Around 1,772,765 passengers use the station a year, with crimes jumping from 12 to 22 cases.
Six of the 22 crimes reported between February 2024 and January 2025 fall into the category of violence and sexual offences, which have increased from four to six.
Drug incidents have gone from zero incidents between the same period in 2023 and 2024 to four, with public order reports increasing from zero to two.

Theft from the person reports have gone from one case to four.
Crimes at Upney Station have significantly fallen from 26 to nine.
The most recent data has recorded three reports of violence and sexual offences, one public order offence, two robbery incidents, one theft from the person crime, among others.
