The owners were traced by Redbridge Council after complaints from neighbours in Balfour Road about dumped furniture, mattresses, luggage and other rubbish.
They took no action to clear the mess or secure the property to deter further fly-tipping, the council said.
The issue eventually ended up in court after the owners- 105 Water Gardens Ltd – and its 48-year-old director Fahad Ahmed had “repeatedly failed to clear the rubbish”, magistrates heard.

The lack of action eventually led to fines and legal costs totalling £6,500.
“We have zero tolerance for those who treat our borough disrespectfully,” the council’s cabinet member for enforcement Khayer Chowdhury warned.
“This prosecution shows our commitment to holding law-breakers to account.
“Businesses with private land have responsibility to keep it tidy — it doesn’t just fall to a few of us.
“Redbridge is our home and we all deserve to live in a clean neighbourhood.”
The council’s enforcement officers were originally alerted to “the eyesore site” following complaints from households in the neighbourhood.
A warning letter was sent to the company instructing the site to be cleared and secured within seven days.
But nothing happened for two weeks, the officers discovered when they returned to Balfour Road. The site was still in its original state and still unsecure.
A legal notice was then issued, ordering the land to be cleared and secured within 10 days — but still nothing happened and the rubbish remained.
This led to three fixed penalty notices which remained unpaid, resulting in prosecution last month.
The company, of Brayford Square, Shadwell, was issued with summonses to Barkingside Magistrates Court.
But company director Ahmed failed to attend the August 5 hearing and the case went against him in his absence, with all three charges proved against both he and the company.
The council promises to clear fly-tips and rubbish on public land and on the highway within 24 hours of being reported.
Anyone who spots a fly-tip in the borough is asked to report it online through the council’s Report It page.
