Eliezer Mbaki, 24, of Oulton Road in Tottenham is charged with perverting the course of justice yesterday (July 1). He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (July 2). They had originally sought permission to close at 5am on Thursdays through Saturdays, and at 4am on weekdays.
