A burst pipe has left thousands of homes without water in Croydon. The pipe, located at Mitcham Common, caused issues with the Croydon boosters, impacting residents in the CR0, CR2, CR4, CR7, and SW16 postcodes. According to data from the HM Land Registry and Property Solvers, the average house price in Croydon stands at £428,617.
