The change affects the stretch between the Picardy Manorway roundabout and the exit slip road for Lower Road. Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters tackled the fire in Jubilee Way at around 5pm today (July 8).  Most of a single storey sports pavilion was alight. Jayanti Patel, director of Martlane Ltd, was found to be operating three unlicensed HMOs (houses in multiple occupation) in Epping.
