Police were called to the station on Mile End Road today (July 8) at 7.40am to reports of a casualty on the track. The person was pronounced dead at the scene. British Transport Police (BTP) says that the incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner. Police were called to Tanfield Avenue yesterday (July 7) at 9pm to reports of gunshots fired. Medics also rushed to the scene and treated the man before taking him to hospital. His condition is unknown at this time, but we have contacted the Metropolitan Police for more information. The road is closed near the junction of Randall Avenue and near Crest Road. The rock legend recently submitted a retrospective planning application to Camden Council for the development. It came after the 79-year-old had already removed a summerhouse and shed from his property in Hampstead and replaced it with a new one.
