The John Roan School in Greenwich is “grieving together” after Year 7 pupil, Fabian Henry, died in a fire in his home just before midnight on Tuesday (July 8). The silver birch trees stand outside Park House, home to Monkey Puzzle Nursery opposite East Finchley Station, where developer Places for Barnet is set to replace the nursery and build 75 new homes. Tyler Hayward, 26, died at the scene after the knife attack in Chingford Mount Road on Sunday (July 6) at 9.14pm. The M1 was closed for nearly eight hours between junction 5 in Watford and junction 1 in Cricklewood, yesterday (July 9). Emergency services were called to the scene at 6.52pm and a man was taken to hospital to be treated for his “serious” injuries.
