Two Greenwich employers have been publicly named by the government for failing to pay the minimum wage. PK Sales & Lettings Ltd, based in Woolwich, left five workers short by a total of £11,885.46, according to new figures released by the Department for Business and Trade. Euro Car Wash (South East) Limited, based in Charlton, underpaid three members of staff by £992.56. Bexley Council says the full length of Ash Close will be shut from June 9 to allow London Operations Connections, working on behalf of Southern Gas Networks, to carry out the works. Although the traffic order allows restrictions to remain in place for up to 18 months, the closure is only expected to last around a week.
