The Metropolitan Police and Haringey Council raised objections against the application for a premises licence from the owner of Q Vibes, in West Green Road, Tottenham. The premises did previously hold a licence, but under a company that dissolved, meaning that licence “fell away”. Therefore the business has had to submit a new application. The boy, 16, was found stabbed at Beechcroft Way after emergency services were called today (October 22) at 12.12am. At this early stage of investigations, it is believed that the teenager was riding a motorbike and crashed into a lamppost. But when he was examined by medics at the scene, a suspected knife injury was found. Officers conducted a knife arch and plain-clothed patrols in the area on Thursday (October 17). Officers used CCTV to locate a male who had breached bail conditions, leading to his arrest. Another male was also arrested on suspicion of racially abusing an officer. Later in the day, police spotted suspicious activity at Parry Place, SE18. Police were initially called to reports of a moped crash in Black Hill just before 9.30am on October 18. When paramedics from London Ambulance Service were treating the man, they found that he had also been stabbed. He was taken to hospital for treatment however he died of his injuries today (October 21). His family are being supported by specialist officers.
