Howard Phillips, 65, was arrested by counter terrorism officers on May 16 last year after a series of interactions with who he believed to be Russian ‘agents’.  The ‘agents’ were in fact undercover officers. Social media messages, emails and evidence from face-to-face meetings all including the undercover officers revealed Phillips’ “eagerness” to help the Russian Intelligence Service in return for payment. Emergency services surrounded Gobions Avenue on Sunday (July 20), after reports of an assault. The London Ambulance Service was called at 9.59pm and treated someone at the scene before taking them to hospital as a “priority”. The family – of beavers – now have more space to roam in an expanded enclosure at Archers Wood in Forty Hall — and anyone can watch them on a hidden camera. “The beaver family is doing so well,” Enfield Council deputy leader Tim Leaver said. “We welcome the public into the heart of their enclosure.” The move is part of a £50,000 urban ‘rewilding’ scheme to extend the beaver enclosure undertaken by Capel Manor College. The patients were waiting for ENT appointments provided by Medway NHS Foundation Trust (MNFT) operating out of Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham and Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford. The trust said it was “very sorry” for the delays caused to patients and has commissioned an independent investigation. Some 4,279 adults and children were awaiting a first outpatient appointment after a referral, while 4,570 existing patients were awaiting a follow-up appointment, diagnostic test or procedure.
