Harrow Road has been closed for hours today (August 2) near the junction with Elgin Avenue by police. The nature of the incident is not known at this stage. The video shows officers in blue overalls and facemasks making enquiries beside a bike that is lying on the pavement. A police cordon has blocked traffic from passing in both directions between Bravington Road to Ashmore Road.
