The London Ambulance Service was called around 9.30am to London Road. Police also arrived and the road was closed into the afternoon. Medics treated two men before taking them to hospital. Kelvedon Hall has been hosting an annual summer music festival since 2022 and has seen attendance increase year on year.  It had wanted to increase the maximum capacity from 5,000 to 10,000 people ahead of its Appetite On The Farm event on August 23 and 24. Harrow Road was closed off this morning (August 14) at 11.12am following reports of a fire. Firefighters tackled the blaze on the third floor of a terraced building with a shop on the ground floor. It was eventually under control at around 11.37am. One person was rescued by firefighters while wearing a breathing apparatus. Medics treated the patient at the scene before taking them to hospital.
