A dispersal order has been granted for Rushey Green today (November 21). It will last until 3.59 tomorrow (November 22). Fears first arose among the community that the beloved centres would close when the council announced it would be reviewing the five APC sites earlier this year. Greenwich has said the supervised sites run at a cost of £730,000 per year and the council must make changes to the APC offerings as “it is necessary to make savings”. Thalha Jubair, 19, and Owen Flowers, 18, were arrested in September as part of an investigation by the National Crime Agency (NCA) and City of London Police. Prosecutors said the alleged cyber attack resulted in a £39 million loss for TfL as well as a “loss of livelihood” for people dependant on TfL licences, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard in September. The victim, a man is his 30s, was shot near The Lanes Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield at around 7.30am on Friday, October 24. The robberies were reported yesterday (November 20) on Mottisfont Road between 2pm and 3pm and are understood to have happened on the footbridge connecting Mottisfont Road to Bracondale Road. According to police, there were no injuries and nothing was stolen. There have been no arrests. A Met Police spokesperson said: “On Wednesday, 20 November police received reports of attempted robberies on Mottisfont Road, Abbey Wood. “Two victims reported they were threatened with a knife between 14:00hrs and 15:00hrs.
