The incident happened on Shooters Hill Road near Maze Hill at around 4.15am this morning (February 24). Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man in his 40s injured. He was taken to hospital for treatment with injuries thought to be life-threatening. No other vehicles were involved in the incident. The AWRC provides support to black, minority, and ethnic (BME) women affected by domestic abuse and harmful practices. Kathleen ‘Kitty’ Stewart died at home in Camden on Sunday (February 16) after being diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer three weeks ago. Kitty worked for Camden Council’s Meals on Wheels service and supported older people for many years while living with her own tragedy. Both her husband Angus and son Angus Junior suffered from haemophilia, a blood clotting disorder, and died as a result of receiving treatments contaminated with HIV and Hepatis C at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead. An average caseworker at the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) last month had more than 20 cases on their desk – and at least one investigator had more than 40. Transport for London (TfL) confirmed via a Freedom of Information (FOI) request that in the last two years, there has been one reported case of paranormal activity across all their stations. This involved a distressed 15-year-old boy at King’s Cross on the Metropolitan line in December 2023, who claimed that he had seen “ghosts”.
