Police have cordoned multiple roads in New Cross after a stabbing on Clifton Rise yesterday (December 9) at 9.37pm. Medics arrived in four minutes after first being called. He was treated at the scene and rushed to hospital as a priority. At the time of reporting, his condition is unknown. Along with Clifton Rise, large sections have been taped off including Fordham Park and Achilles Street. There has particularly been a heavy police presence in the park. British Transport Police was called to Dalston Kingsland station at around 10.45am today (December 10). Officers searched the tracks and found a man near Canonbury station, who was later arrested by Metropolitan Police officers. The boy – as Adam Henry in tributes – died yesterday (December 9) after being attacked in Atlas Mews in Westbourne Estate metres from his former school. It happened off Westbourne Road, almost exactly where 22-year-old Imani Allaway-Muir was shot dead in 2020.
