Shainae Morris, of Oppenheim Road, has been charged with perverting the course of justice and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
It follows after Tyrece Balcha, 18, was shot outside the Crystal Club bar in Atlantic Crescent next to Wembley Stadium on September 21 at 5.27am.
He was taken to hospital and died days after on September 25.
Morris, 29, is set to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday (January 16) for a first hearing.
Four other people have already been charged with murder, including 40-year-old Ashley Wallace of Shenley Road in Southwark and Dennis Gambrah, 33, of Dressington Avenue in Lewisham.
Rafael Reveane Rodriguez, 39, of Middleton Road in Morden and Adem Altindal, 33, of Wood Green were also charged.
They are due before the Old Bailey for a hearing on March 6.
