The Met Police said that several reports had been issued concerning property security in the Athlone Road, Brixton area.
According to the report, a man was spotted on numerous occasions “looking through people’s windows” and “through parcels” early in the morning, usually at around 7am.
According to police, the man is believed to be South American, somewhere in his late forties, of average height, and wearing a black motorcycle helmet and jacket on a blue Honda motorcycle.
In a statement the force said: “If you have any information regarding this male please contact us online, by calling 101, or by contacting us using Met Engage.”
