Rizwan Ahmeed, 42, was pronounced dead on the Northern line tracks at around 7.15am on September 3.
Despite extensive enquiries, officers have been unable to trace any next of kin or other family members to inform them of the sad news.
Mr Ahmeed was a Pakistani national who had lived in both Newquay and London.
He had short black hair and a beard and was wearing a black waterproof hooded coat and black jogging bottoms before his death.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file has been prepared for the coroner.
Officers are appealing for any relatives or anyone who may have information about Mr Ahmeed’s family to come forward and assist their investigation.
