The Watford-born athlete surprised commuters on the number 32 bus yesterday (March 29), greeting passengers and taking photos.
The heart-warming interaction was posted to his Instagram story, showing the bus pulled over whilst members of his team watched on.
AJ was seen posing with his arm around a passenger whilst they had their photo taken (Image: @anthonyjoshua (Instagram)) People onboard could be heard exclaiming “Anthony!”, whilst others asked “You alright? How have you been”.
Joshua grew up on the Meriden estate and was fond of football and athletics in his teen years.

He discovered boxing at the age of 18, according to Team GB.
The 35-year-old started training at Finchley Amateur Boxing Club under the guidance of Sean Murphy who claims he “knew there was something there” when they first met.
His impressive career has seen him win worldwide and regional heavyweight titles, compete at the Olympics and go face-to-face with Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk among others.
