Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were alerted to the incident in Anson Road by Anson Primary School at 8.35am this morning (May 2).
An ambulance crew were dispatched to the scene, where a child was found suffering injuries.
They were treated before being taken to hospital.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for a comment.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.35am this morning (Friday 2 May) to reports of a road traffic collision in Anson Road, NW2.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“Our crew treated a child at the scene, before taking them to hospital.”
