Alfriston was also recently named one of the UK’s greatest villages to visit by The Telegraph, due to its historic village charm and chocolate box cottages.
Some of Alfriston’s standout features that put it on The Telegraph’s radar were its 14th-century church overlooking the village green, along with its smattering of old buildings and pubs.
