Alexandra Clarke, 26, had been one of at least 16 tourists onboard the diving boat when it caught fire near Koh Tao on the morning of March 16.
The 26-year-old has remained unaccounted for after other passengers and the diving crew are believed to have been rescued by passing boats.
At the time of the blaze, Alexandra was reportedly using the bathroom on the bottom deck of the wooden boat and fears are growing that she may have died in the fire.
