Police were called to Woburn Hill in Addlestone soon after 11.30am today (November 3).
The cyclist, a woman in her 50s, was taken to hospital for medical treatment where her condition is not known.
No arrests have been made.
Woburn Hill was closed between Addlestone Moor and the Weybridge Road Station Road roundabout for several hours but has now reopened.
Surrey Police have launched an appeal for witnesses to get in touch with any information.
