Abbey Wood Post Office, at 3 Tilston Bright Square, Felixstowe Road, will undergo a short temporary closure for renovation work, beginning at 5.30pm on February 12.
When the branch reopens on February 29, it will have extra services such as Passport Check, Vehicle Tax, and on-demand travel insurance.

The post office is scheduled to reopen at 9am and will have new opening hours, operating Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, and Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
A spokesman from the post office said: “This means that Post Office customers have easy access to a wide range of Post Office services at Abbey Wood branch from February 25.”
During the closure, customers are directed to alternative branches, such as Eynsham Drive Post Office at 166 Eynsham Drive, Thamesmead Post Office at 6 Arnott Close, and Bostall Lane Drop & Collect at 106-108 Bostall Lane for mails and bill payment.
