London Ambulance Service crews were called to the A501 City Road at 9.19am today (February 28).
An ambulance arrived and a woman was treated at the scene, before taking her to hospital.
Her condition is not known.
The AA reported that the crash was between a cyclist and van near the Anytime Fitness gym.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police for further information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 9.19am today (28 February) to reports of a road traffic collision in City Road, Islington.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated one patient at the scene and took her to hospital.”
