The crash on the A22 Godstone Road was reported to Surrey Police at 6.45am this morning (January 6).
The A22 runs between the Croydon border and Whytleafe.
According to Surrey Police, two pedestrians and a white van were involved in the incident but the vehicle failed to stop.
At the scene the pedestrians, a woman in her 20s and a baby, were treated before being taken to hospital as a precaution.
