The A21 Bromley Road was closed after the incident near Bellingham train station around 4pm yesterday (April 23).
The emergency services attended and a man was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew.
He was then taken to hospital “as a priority”.
The road, which is on the border of Lewisham and Bromley, was blocked after the crash between Carstairs Road and Bellingham Road and reopened in the evening.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.1 yesterday (23 April) to reports of a road traffic collision in Bromley Road, SE6.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated one patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
The Metropolitan Police was contacted for comment.
