The incident happened on the A2 coastbound between junction two of the M25 and Old Bexley Lane at around 4.30pm on June 13.
It involved a black Triumph motorcycle, and an orange KTM 360 before crashing into a green Mini Cooper.

Officers attended and a motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Another rider, a man in his 30s, was also taken to hospital where his condition is stable.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
“Detectives are also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the two motorcycles prior to the collision.
