The London Ambulance Service was called at 8.30pm last night (June 30) to Mahindra Way in Beckton – a road just next to the A13.
Pictures of the crash show a heavily damaged car behind a damaged metal fence and bent billboard.
An ambulance crew was sent along with a team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.

A man was treated for “serious injuries” and rushed to hospital “as a priority”.
His condition is not known at this stage but the Met has been contacted for more information.
The A13 reopened around 8.40am this morning (July 1) around 12 hours after it was first closed following the crash.
Traffic is still severe with queues stretching back to Rainham.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.30pm yesterday (30 June) to reports of a road traffic collision in Mahindra Way, Beckton.
“We sent an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a patient for serious injuries and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
