The incident happened at the junction of Portland Street and East Street just before 6.30pm yesterday (January 18).
Ambulance crews, including a clinical team manager and an incident response officer, attended the scene.
The woman received treatment on site, and no one was taken to hospital.
Pictures from the scene show the fire and rescue service attending the incident, with a car overturned on its side.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called on Sunday 18 January at 6.27pm to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Portland St and East Street, SE17.
“We sent resources including ambulance crews, a clinical team manager and an incident response officer.
“We treated a woman at the scene, but nobody was taken to hospital.”
