Jukebox Ldn, in South Street, relaunched on Friday (January 9) after a week-long refurb, hosting two reopening parties to show off its new look.
The venue – Romford’s only nightclub – welcomed a whole host of upgrades, including new VIP booths throughout and the extension of some VIP areas, new light-up tables, and fresh lighting around the front of the bars.

He told this paper: “Everyone says it looks really, really good – it looks fresh, it looks new again.
“Obviously after six years, it’s needed a freshen up.
“Things get a little bit tatty when you’re getting 1,000 people in there each week […] and it just needed a little facelift.”
