For lovers preferring to share, head to Chef Mark Greenaway’s Pivot Bar & Bistro in Covent Garden on February 14th.
Legal-aged customers can enjoy savoury charcuterie and a sweet dessert board, complemented by tasty wines or a celebratory cocktail.
The boards are available for £60, serving two people.
Doughnation, located at 3 Henrietta Street, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a twist on a classic favourite.
They are serving up a cheese fondue pizza called “Fond Of You”, for £24.
This pizza features a base of crème fraiche, wholegrain mustard, cheese fondue, and Fior di Latte, with a baked camembert in the centre.
Throughout February, Doughnation is offering the ‘Sexy Set Menu’ – a Fond Of You Fondue Pizza to share, two sides, and a bottle of wine for £50.
Meanwhile, lovers of spice can head to Noodle and Beer in Chinatown to take on London’s HOTTEST menu.
Available on February 14th only, the menu is priced at £25 per person for two courses and £30 per person for three courses.
The main course, Xian-Jiao Niu Rou, scores 5 out of 5 on Noodle and Beer’s chilli scale, making it a dish for spice enthusiasts.
Desert consists of Bin Feng, which is house-made icy jelly with brown sugar, raisins, peanuts, baked sesame seeds and fermented sweet rice.
In West London, Sam’s Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam’s Waterside in Brentford are offering beautifully curated set menus in a romantic riverside setting.
Sam’s Riverside offers an £80 per person menu, including a glass of Gusbourne Brut Reserve on arrival.
They also have a wide range of fascinating starter, main and dessert options.
Belly in Kentish Town, known for its Filipino flair, is the place to be for couples who enjoy “bold flavours, warm hospitality, and a buzzing atmosphere”.
Their drinks menu includes Tita’s Spiked Atchara with Tequila, pickle-juice, lime and soda, and the Pandan Negroni with Pandan Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth.
This is complemented by a selection of dishes, such as Steak Tartar with Nori Seasoned Chips, Cured Scallops with chilli and coconut cream, and Wagyu Pichana with Bistek sauce and Braised Shallots.
Potential visitors are warned to book quickly as the bistro is predicted to be “popular Valentine’s choice”.
Farzi in Haymarket, known as a “modern, Michelin recommended Indian restaurant”, offers gastronomic enthusiasts the chance to choose between a two-course meal for £39.95 and a three-course meal for £45.90.
This restaurant is also offering a cocktail pairing menu, enhancing the overall dining experience.
For those opting for a 2-course meal the cocktail pairing will be an additional £27, and for a three course meal it will be an additional £35.
