Police were called to reports of a stabbing on Victoria Road at 5pm on Monday (January 12), as reported in our sister title London Now.
Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance Service and treated an 18-year-old for stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital, where despite the best efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead.
His family are aware and are being supported by specialist officers.
It is understood that the boy went by the name Malikhai, however it should be noted that the Metropolitan Police has not confirmed this at the time of publication.
Many from the Feltham area have said ‘LLM’, which stands for ‘long live Malikhai’, in comments shared on Tik Tok.
One person said: “Rest in peace my brother, I miss you so much you meant the world to me g, gone to soon.”
Another said: “RIEP Mal, thoughts and prayers to your mum, brother and family.”
Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo, who is leading the investigation, said: “Firstly, I would like to share my deepest condolences with the victim’s friends and family during this hugely difficult time.
“We understand that this incident has been distressing for the local community.
“I want to reassure the public that this investigation is a priority for us and I hope it offers some reassurance to know we have made three arrests.
“Residents may see an increased police presence in the area as we undertake further enquires, however at this time we are confident there is no risk to the local community.”
