Police officers on patrol found the pedestrian injured after a crash with a vehicle that failed to stop.
The incident happened at 10.09am today (January 13).
The woman was treated by the London Ambulance Service and taken to hospital, where her injuries were assessed as not life-threatening or life changing.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
Police are appealing for anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police: “Police on patrol on Sydenham Lane, Lewisham discovered a pedestrian with injuries to her leg after a collision with a vehicle that failed to stop at 10.09hrs on Tuesday, 13 January.
“The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service where her injuries were deemed not life-threatening or life changing.
“No arrests have been made.
“Anyone with information or dashcam footage that could help police should call 101 quoting CAD 2095/13Jan.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.04am today (13 January) to reports of a road traffic collision on Sydenham Road, SE26.
“We sent resources including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer.
“We treated a woman at the scene and took her to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
