Parmars, located at 67 South Street, will welcome customers for the last time this weekend, according to a poster on the shopfront.
The store, selling ladies footwear and accessories, has two entrances – one in South Street, and a second from Stewards Walk in The Liberty Shopping Centre.
Notices plastered in the shop windows were pictured on January 7, alerting shoppers to the planned closure.
Signs read “last few days”, “everything must go”, and “closing down sale”.
Among them, was a picture reading “closing on January 10”.
The reason behind the store’s closure has not been confirmed at this stage.
We tried to contact Parmars for a comment but were unable to reach them.
